Founded in 1972, for more than 50 years JFE Attridge Scaffolding has been setting the standard for providing innovative temporary access solutions.

We supply, erect, inspect and dismantle scaffolding for clients involved in a wide range of activities including construction, highways, civil engineering, communications, chemical, rail, clean water, sewage treatment and power industries.

JFE Attridge has become the “go to” company when projects pose difficult technical challenges or when there are particularly tight possession times.

Attridge Scaffolding has developed truly innovative products and techniques – installing pedestrian footbridges in hours rather than days, safely reducing the weight of suspended scaffold to levels that others have said are impossible and minimising contact points to protect some of England’s most iconic buildings. 

The company’s founder, JFE Attridge, built his reputation on good, old-fashioned business principles – reliability, punctuality and honesty: “A good reputation is hard to win and easy to lose” was one of his favourite sayings. The current management team follow those same basic principles today – that’s probably why we win so many projects by recommendation.
