Working in such dangerous environments means that Health & Safety has been our culture rather than a system that we needed to address. We take Health & Safety very seriously and have two NEBOSH qualified Health & Safety Officers that monitor the changes in legislation and ensures we comply with these changes. As a caring employer we make sure our staff has the maximum protection that can be afforded to them and our regular site visits by the safety team closely monitors site safety procedures. Our site induction and safety training is of the highest standards and we ensure that all of our scaffold operatives undertake the CITB Health & Safety Test. Health & Safety forms an important part of the agenda at our monthly Management Meetings and the regular meetings we have we all sections of our work force. |
